Enquiries and Booking

Prices range from £60 per person per night.

Enquiries and Bookings with Wales On Horseback are easy. Choose your preferred option and just follow the steps below :

OPTION 1

Complete the Online Enquiry Form below.
You will receive email confirmation of your enquiry, an indication of availability or suggestions for alternative dates along with a Booking form and confirmation of the deposit required.
Booking can then be completed by email and phone.

OPTION 2

Telephone Wales On Horseback on 0800 7316254 to make enquiries regarding availability and/or to book your holiday.

OPTION 3

Print off the Printable Enquiry Form, complete it and send it to the address shown. We shall then contact you to discuss your booking.

What happens then?

When you commit to a booking you will pay a non-refundable deposit of £10 per person per night. We do not make any firm reservations until we have a completed Booking form and a deposit.

For deposit and balance payments Wales On Horseback accepts cheques, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro (Switch) and Solo.

Please note that it is a condition of booking that all riders and horses in the party must be insured against third party liabilities and that all horses coming on holiday have been properly wormed and vaccinated against equine flu.

We then finalise your holiday and send you a detailed statement of the balance required, which will depend upon the use of the luggage transfer service, horse transport etc.

Six weeks before the beginning of your holiday you pay the balance in full. If you book less than six weeks in advance of your holiday start date, you will need to pay the full amount as soon as we confirm your booking.
